1. Insert in the formula your age and the height you have now.
2. Find the blade of the mid-parental height.

Thus, in an example of a 12-year-old boy having a height of 5'2" inches and a weight of 90 pounds, the parents may show a height of 5'10" inches and 5'4" inches in the father and the mother, respectively. One, determine the mid-parental height:
(5'10" + 5'4" + 5") ÷ 2 = (70" + 64" + 5") ÷ 2 = 139" ÷ 2 = 69.5" (about 5"9.5")

Child's Adult Height Calculation: Real Example
Let's say Emma is 10 years old, 54 inches tall (4'6"), weighs 70 lbs, and her parents are 5'4" (Mom) and 5'10" (Dad).
Using Khamis-Roche Method:

Using Mid-Parental Formula:

Nutrition
